Filipino prospect Ian Paul Lora debuts at Brave CF 98 in China

Filipino lightweight prospect Ian Paul "Choco" Lora, with an undefeated 3-0 record, is set to make his promotional debut at Brave Combat Federation 98 in China on Friday, September 19.

The 20-year-old fighter from Daraga, Albay, will face India's Owais Yaqoob in a three-round bout at Henan TV Studio 8 in Zhengzhou.

Lora, who has one knockout and one submission victory, recently gained attention for a nine-second knockout win in May against Lolo Cruz.

Representing Lion's Den MMA Academy of Bicol, Lora aims to bring his aggressive fighting style to the international stage.

Yaqoob also making his Brave CF debut, enters the match on a three-fight winning streak, including a second-round stoppage in April.

Lora is the second Filipino athlete to be showcased by Brave CF, following Drex "T-Rex" Zamboanga.

Brave CF 98 will be headlined by a featherweight title rematch between Omar Solomanov and Rauan Bekbolat.
