UE extends enrollment deadline to August 15 due to typhoon

The University of the East (UE) has extended its enrollment period for the Academic Year 2024-2025 until August 15 to accommodate students affected by super typhoon Carina.

UE President Zosimo Battad stated that the extended enrollment period is a consideration for both new and returning students who need more time to recover from the typhoon and pursue their education.

Enrollment for all levels, including primary, secondary, tertiary, and graduate programs at the Manila and Caloocan campuses, began on August 1.

Specific offices handle enrollment for different student levels: the Admissions Office for college freshmen and Grade 11, respective dean's offices for college, graduate, and law students, and the principal's office for Kindergarten to Grade 10 and Grade 12 students.

UE is also providing scholarships and free college entrance examinations for incoming freshmen.
