Two high-value drug suspects nabbed in Laguna, Batangas operations

Two individuals, classified as high-value individuals in the local drug trade, were arrested in buy-bust operations in Laguna and Batangas provinces.

Authorities confiscated over P760,000 worth of illegal drugs, including shabu and marijuana, along with an undocumented firearm.

In Cabuyao City, Laguna, an individual arrested at 12:43 a.m. Sunday yielded two kilos of marijuana worth P320,000 and a motorcycle.

The other suspect was apprehended in Tanauan City, Batangas, at 3:45 p.m. Saturday with 14 plastic sachets of meth weighing 65 grams worth P442,000.

Authorities also seized a digital weighing scale and a caliber .380 pistol with seven bullets from the Batangas suspect.

The suspects are believed to have used a motorcycle and a car in their illegal drug activities.
