PAGASA: 2 LPAs inside, outside PAR have ‘high chance’ to develop into tropical cyclones
PAGASA is monitoring two low-pressure areas (LPAs) with a high chance of developing into tropical cyclones.
One LPA is inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), located 830 kilometers east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon, and is expected to move west towards Taiwan and Batanes.
