2 Filipinas cited in Forbes Asia's 2025 Power Businesswomen list

Two Filipinas, Mybelle Aragon-Gobio and Mariana Zobel de Ayala, have been recognized on Forbes Asia's 2025 'Power Businesswomen' list, which features 20 female leaders.

Mybelle Aragon-Gobio, president and CEO of Robinsons Land Corp., is the first woman and non-family member to head the property company.

She has outlined a P125-billion expansion plan aiming to grow its mall portfolio, increase office leasable space, and boost hotel rooms.

Mariana Zobel de Ayala, managing director of Ayala Corp., is recognized for her role in the leasing and hospitality business of its property arm, Ayala Land.

Under her team's remit is a $1.5-billion program to refresh Ayala Land's extensive portfolio of malls, offices, and hotels.

Forbes Asia noted that these women are not just adapting to change but are actively shaping the future of the region's business landscape.
