Tulfo, Legarda share top spot in Pulse Asia’s April 16-21 senatorial survey
Broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo and Antique Representative Loren Legarda are statistically tied for the top spots in the latest Pulse Asia survey.

Rounding out the probable winners are former Vice President Jejomar Binay (32.5%), Senator Risa Hontiveros (32.3%), and former Senator Jinggoy Estrada (32.3%), all ranked 8th to 12th.
