Quezon City issues traffic advisory for Nov. 30 Trillion Peso March
White Plains Avenue in Quezon City will be closed to traffic starting at 6 a.m. on Sunday, November 30, to accommodate the Trillion Peso March.
A zipper lane will be in effect on White Plains Avenue between Edsa and Katipunan Avenue from 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, until 6 a.m. on Sunday.
