Terrafirma Dyip snap losing streaks with win over TNT Tropang Giga

The Terrafirma Dyip secured their first victory in the PBA Governors' Cup by defeating the TNT Tropang Giga, 84-72.

Stanley Pringle led the Dyip's charge in the fourth quarter, scoring 13 of his 18 points in the final frame, including a stretch of 10 consecutive points to secure the win.

Import Antonio Hester contributed 22 points and 10 rebounds before leaving the game late with an arm injury, and Aldrech Ramos added a trey to seal the win.

The win ended Terrafirma's eight-game losing streak this conference and also snapped a 19-game losing streak against TNT dating back to 2016.

This victory improves Terrafirma's record to 1-8, ensuring they avoid a winless conference, while the quarterfinals-bound TNT now holds a 7-2 record.

Terrafirma was missing the services of Christian Standhardinger and Juami Tiongson due to injuries.
