Taylor Swift gives $197M bonuses to Eras Tour staff

Taylor Swift generously rewarded her Eras Tour staff and crew with bonuses totaling $197 million (approximately P11.4 billion) following the tour's conclusion.

The bonuses were distributed to a wide range of individuals, including truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff, dancers, band, security, and the creative teams.

The record-breaking tour concluded on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada, after 149 shows worldwide since its start in Arizona on March 17, 2023.

More than 10 million people attended the Eras Tour, which generated over $2 billion in ticket sales, making it the bestselling tour of all time.

This act of generosity follows a similar gesture in 2023, where Swift reportedly gave out $55 million in bonuses after the first US leg of the tour.
