Tashanah Balangauan, John Rey Oro win ICTSI Bacolod Junior PGT titles

Tashanah Balangauan completed a 13-shot rout over Precious Zaragosa with a 70 for a 212 total to win the girls' 15-18 division of the ICTSI Bacolod Junior PGT Championship.

Zaragosa finished second at 225 after a final round 73, while Breanna Rojas was third with a 253.

This marks Balangauan's second win in the Junior Philippine Golf Tour's Visayas-Mindanao leg.

In the boys' 15-18 division, John Rey Oro secured a four-stroke victory with a final round 72 for a total of 218.

Oro broke a front-nine deadlock with Mhark Fernando III and seized control with a decisive three-shot swing on the 11th hole.

Fernando faltered at the back nine with a double bogey on the 11th and dropped two more strokes on the next hole, finishing second.
