Taal eruption victims help Rolly victims

Victims of the Taal Volcano eruption have extended help to those affected by Typhoon Rolly in the Bicol region, embodying the spirit of bayanihan.

A photo of a donation box labeled "To: Victims of Typhoon Rolly, From: Victims of Taal Volcano" went viral on Facebook.

The donation was sent from Batangas to Albay through Navarra Nation Philippines.

Psalm David Preña, a member of the volunteer group "Task Force: Tabang sa mga Tugang," shared the heartwarming gesture.

Niah Portem, from the relief center, expressed how touched they were by the gesture, reminding them of the Filipino bayanihan spirit.

The group of friends continued to pack relief goods for Super Typhoon Rolly victims as Typhoon Ulysses brought heavy rains and flooding to other parts of the country.
