Spox Roque: Duterte doesn't need to publicize work

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque stated that President Rodrigo Duterte does not need to publicize his work as the President's mind is always on the nation.

Roque's statement came in response to questions about the President postponing his public addresses twice last week.

During these postponements, former aide and Senator Christopher "Bong" Go shared photos and videos of Duterte engaged in activities like riding a motorcycle, jogging, and playing golf at night.

Roque assured the public that the President is actively making decisions regarding the quarantine classification for Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

He also mentioned that the President is overseeing the vaccination program to ensure its swift rollout.

Roque emphasized that publicizing one's work is not President Duterte's style, as he is already dedicated to serving the country 24/7.
