SMDC hosts biggest lifestyle, property expo Nov 21-23

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) will hold its largest lifestyle and property event, the SMDC Good Life Expo 2025, from November 21 to 23 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.

The three-day event aims to bring together potential homebuyers and investors by offering exclusive property deals and on-the-spot home loan pre-qualifications from BDO and Chinabank.

SMDC's Vice President for Design, Innovation, and Strategy, Jessica Bianca Sy, emphasized that the expo aims to demonstrate how Filipinos can achieve homeownership that aligns with their aspirations.

Attendees can experience augmented reality home visualizations, participate in interactive activities, and win prizes, including SM Gift Certificates.

The expo will also feature live performances, curated home-furnishing packages, an eco-market, and complimentary refreshments.
