Chris Koon will begin his professional career with Strong Group Athletics (SGA) in the 34th Dubai International Basketball Championship from January 24 to February 2.

Koon, a 6-foot-5 guard, averaged 7.58 points, 4.17 rebounds, and 1.83 assists in his final UAAP season with Ateneo.

Coach Charles Tiu stated Koon's size, shooting, and defensive abilities make him a valuable role player, noting his excellent coaching and background from a great school.
