Severe Tropical Storm Kristine has caused the deaths of 26 people in the Bicol region, with nine injured and three reported missing, according to the Police Regional Office (PRO) 5.

A total of 4,303 passengers were stranded at seaports after 26 trips were canceled, and eight flights were also canceled in the region.
President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has ordered the full mobilization of military assets for relief operations for the victims of the cyclone.
