Villar referenced the 'Build, Build, Build' program as an example of impactful infrastructure development that drives economic growth, tourism, and national resilience.

He urged the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to provide a clear and transparent briefing on the current state and future plans for infrastructure development.

The committee aims to address a wider range of public works beyond basic infrastructure and flood control, responding to genuine on-the-ground needs.

Villar stated the committee's commitment to collaborate with National Government Agencies on public works and legislative priorities.
