Hermosa interchange seen boosting Bataan property values

A new road interchange connecting Hermosa to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) is anticipated to boost property values and investment opportunities in Bataan.

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) stated that the Hermosa Interchange will offer a more direct connection from Metro Manila and Central Luzon to the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, significantly easing travel towards Bataan's western coastline.

Once completed, the interchange is expected to cut down travel time, improve road safety, and open up faster routes to tourism and residential destinations like ALI's 620-hectare seaside community, Anvaya Cove in Morong, Bataan.

Anvaya Cove features residential and leisure developments, including an eight-hole par-72 golf course, and is situated between the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges and the waters of Subic Bay.

The Hermosa Interchange is a P495.35-million project being developed through a joint collaboration involving the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, the Department of Public Works and Highways, NLEX Corp., and the local government of Hermosa.

The interchange is part of a broader strategy to improve regional connectivity, linking Bataan's economic zones and industrial estates to other growth corridors in Central Luzon, including the Clark Freeport Zone and New Clark City.
