SB19 performs "DAM" on Japanese YouTube channel The First Take

P-pop group SB19 made their third appearance on the Japanese YouTube channel "The First Take," performing their hit song "DAM."

The performance, featured on episode 602, showcased the quintet's vocal abilities, rapping skills, and harmonious blending.

"DAM," the focus track from their "Simula at Wakas" EP, is an anthem about upholding personal values while pursuing ambitious goals.

The song's music video garnered significant views shortly after release, achieving 4 million views within 24 hours, the second-highest record for a Filipino artist.

This EP previously topped Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart, making SB19 the first Filipino act to reach No. 1 on the chart.

SB19's prior "The First Take" performances included their songs "GENTO" and "MAPA."

As the first Filipino artists invited to "The First Take," SB19 has been gaining traction in the Japanese music scene, including selling out their "Simula at Wakas" world tour stop in Tokyo and charting on Billboard Japan with their EP.
