San Miguel Beer grabs first win in PBA Season 50, defeats Rain or Shine 111-93

San Miguel Beer secured their first victory in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup by defeating Rain or Shine 111-93.

CJ Perez led the Beermen with 23 points, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals, supported by Marcio Lassiter's 18 points and six rebounds.

Reigning MVP June Mar Fajardo also contributed a double-double with 17 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, and two steals.

The Beermen established control in the second quarter, building a 46-34 lead, and extended their advantage to as many as 25 points in the final period.

This win marks a breakthrough for San Miguel after suffering losses in their first two games of the conference.

The victory spoiled the Rain or Shine debut of Stanley Pringle, who scored 11 points.
