San Beda Red Lions remain undefeated after beating Letran Knights 68-58

San Beda Red Lions secured a commanding 68-58 victory over their archrivals, the Letran Knights, to maintain an undefeated 2-0 record in the NCAA Season 101 men's basketball tournament.

This win follows San Beda's previous triumph against College of St. Benilde, establishing their strong performance early in Group B.

San Beda's coach Yuri Escueta commended his players for their defensive effort and adherence to game plans, while also reminding Agjanti Miller to stay humble as the season is still early.

Agjanti Miller was a standout performer for San Beda, scoring 22 points on 8-of-14 field goal shooting and grabbing five rebounds in his first clash against Letran.

Miller also made a crucial block on Mark Omega with 50 seconds left in the fourth quarter to protect San Beda's 64-58 lead.

Bryan Sajonia contributed 11 points for San Beda, while Letran's Jonathan Manalili led his team with 13 points and six assists.

Letran remains winless at 0-2 in the tournament.
