Robredo, Pangilinan hold massive rallies in Bicol

Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan held major rallies in Sorsogon City, Legazpi City, and Naga City on May 6, 2022, the eve of their final miting de avance.

The Bicol rallies were a crucial part of the final campaign push for Robredo, who hails from the region and whose hometown of Naga City was the last stop of her provincial campaign.

Over 300,000 supporters showed up in solidarity for Robredo in Naga City, her largest rally in her home region, demonstrating that "Bicolandia" is for Robredo.

Robredo expressed her gratitude to her fellow Bicolanos for their unwavering support, acknowledging their grassroots efforts such as giving out lugaw, motorcades, and house-to-house campaigns since she announced her candidacy.

She stated that despite facing a difficult battle against powerful politicians, she remains strong due to the support of her fellow Bicolanos.
