RCBC launches Adrenalin Max 2.0 to boost employee experience for 7,900 staff

RCBC has launched Adrenalin Max 2.0, a next-generation human capital management (HCM) platform, to enhance employee experience for its over 7,900 employees.

This move signifies a people-first transformation, aiming to empower employees and allow them to focus on higher-value work.

The new platform is an upgrade from their previous HCM system, myHRIS, and continues RCBC's decade-long partnership with Adrenalin.

Rowena F. Subido, first senior vice-president and head of RCBC's Human Resources Group, stated that the HR technology upgrade is a direct investment in their talent.
