Rains to drench PH due to ITCZ and Northeasterly Windflow

Rains are expected across the Philippines due to the convergence of the Northeasterly Windflow and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

The ITCZ and Northeasterly Windflow have prompted the state weather bureau to issue flood advisories in five regions: Mimaropa, Northwestern Mindanao, Davao Region, Soccsksargen, and BARMM.

Bicol Region and Quezon can expect moderate to heavy rainfall, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides.

Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and Aurora will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rains from the Northeasterly Windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon are forecast to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
