National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) director Police Maj. Gen. Anthony Aberin disclosed that he learned of the incident from the QCPD Station 2 commander.

Aberin stated that Buslig failed to inform him about the incident promptly.

Marzan has been inquested for unlawful entry, physical injuries, and grave threat, and is facing charges at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.
