PSC, BCDA ink deal for athletes' access to New Clark City facilities

The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) have signed a landmark agreement granting national athletes long-term access to the world-class sports facilities at New Clark City.

This partnership ensures national teams will have consistent access to the Athletics Stadium, Aquatics Center, and Athletes' Village for structured, science-based preparation for international competitions.

Athletes from track and field and aquatics will be among the first to benefit from these state-of-the-art training grounds.

PSC Chairman Patrick Gregorio emphasized the logical connection between providing world-class facilities for world-class athletes.

The Athletes' Village dormitory, equipped with 100 fully furnished, air-conditioned rooms for triple-sharing, will house the athletes.

BCDA President and CEO Joshua Bingcang highlighted the collaborative effort and the role of sports infrastructure investment in driving economic development and national pride.
