Guihulngan City Mayor Guido Reyes, also from the Nacionalista Party, was elected vice governor, narrowly defeating incumbent Board Member Erwin Macias by 1,254 votes.

The provincial board of canvassers proclaimed Teves and Reyes on Tuesday evening.

The province's three incumbent House representatives, Jocelyn Limkaichong, Manuel "Chikiting" Sagarbarria, and Arnolfo Teves Jr., were also reelected and proclaimed.
