Manila court starts pre-trial of Teves
A Manila court has started the pre-trial of former Negros Oriental lawmaker Arnolfo Teves Jr. at the Regional Trial Court Branch 51 for multiple murder charges.

The Anti-Terrorism Council has designated Teves as a terrorist for his alleged involvement in the Negros Oriental killings.
The next pre-trial hearing is scheduled for September 5.
