POC awards houses to Yulo, Villegas, and Petecio

Gymnast Carlos Yulo and boxers Aira Villegas and Nesthy Petecio were awarded houses and lots in Tagaytay City by the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), led by president Abraham "Bambol" Tolentino.

Yulo, a double gold medalist in the Paris Olympics, received a two-storey house on a 500-square meter lot, valued at P15 million, which also served as a belated birthday gift.

Bronze medalists Villegas received a two-storey home on a 200-square meter lot, while Petecio was rewarded a house in Barangay San Jose for her silver medal in the Tokyo 2020 Games.

These homes are a recognition of their sacrifices and results delivered as national treasures and Olympic heroes.

Two available slots in the subdivision are reserved for future Olympic medalists.
