PNP revamps leadership affecting 5 regions

Brig. Gen. Edwin Quilates remains the chief anti-narcotics officer, leading the police Drug Enforcement Group.

Maj. Gen. Alexander Morico II was promoted as director of the Area Police Command in the Visayas.
