COVID-19 cases within PNP almost at 1K with 39 new infections
As of Wednesday evening, July 8, the Philippine National Police (PNP) recorded a total of 981 positive COVID-19 cases among its personnel.
Ten more personnel have recovered, bringing the total to 429 recoveries, while fatalities remain at nine.
The PNP has also recorded 659 probable cases and 1,258 suspected cases.
The PNP Health Service is available to assist personnel experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
The PNP headquarters in Camp Crame has an established RT/PCR testing facility, with another one in progress in Central Visayas.
