PNP, PDEA seize P127 million worth of suspected cocaine off Palawan coast

Philippine authorities, including the PNP and PDEA, have seized approximately 24 kilograms of suspected cocaine valued at ₱127 million off the coast of Palawan.

The cocaine was discovered along the Palawan coastline and has been secured for testing and disposition by the PDEA.

This latest seizure is part of a series of maritime drug recoveries in Philippine waters, prompting increased patrols in coastal areas.

Authorities are investigating the origin and destination of the cocaine, suspecting involvement of transnational drug networks.

The PNP is enhancing maritime patrols following previous drug hauls, including a significant recovery of marijuana in the West Philippine Sea and large drug seizures in June.
