PNP-CIDG issues subpoenas to 13 in missing couple probe

The PNP-CIDG has issued subpoenas to 13 individuals as part of its investigation into the disappearance of a couple, Henry Angelo and Margie Pantollana, and their business partner, Richard Cadiz, who have been missing for two months.

The couple and their business partner were last seen leaving their condominium in Taguig City in an SUV, en route to a business transaction in Pasig City.

Relatives of the couple stated that they were carrying an unspecified amount of money and a watch worth P20 million when they left for the meeting.

The CIDG is actively pursuing several leads in the case, considering individuals the missing persons have transacted with as persons of interest.

Subpoenas have also been sent to establishments and financial institutions after the victims' ATM cards were used post-disappearance.

Investigators are thoroughly examining CCTV footage, testimonies, and forensic evidence to uncover the victims' whereabouts and identify potential suspects.

The PAOCC head noted that parties could have been interested in the Pantollano's valuables.
