Marbil orders in-depth probe on Cagayan town mayor’s death
Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil visited the wake of slain Rizal, Cagayan Mayor Joel Ruma and ordered a thorough investigation into his killing.
