PLDT to build first tech campus in Filinvest City

Filinvest City is set to house the Philippines' first tech campus, which will serve as the future headquarters of PLDT Inc.

The planned five-hectare PLDT tech campus will be built in the Southgate District of Filinvest City in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

This milestone agreement signifies PLDT's strategic decision to locate in Filinvest City, citing its world-class infrastructure, green spaces, and future-ready master plan.

The tech campus is slated for progressive development, with initial phases expected to begin soon.

PLDT Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Manuel V. Pangilinan stated that the campus aims to foster a healthier, more collaborative work environment to inspire creativity and support the future of PLDT.

The development is expected to generate thousands of jobs during construction and upon completion, benefiting local businesses and startups.

Filinvest City was designed with intention to foster an environment where businesses thrive, innovation flourishes, and people live well, according to Josephine Gotianun-Yap, vice-chairperson of Filinvest Development Corp.
