Peter Pan stars Jeremy Sumpter and Rachel Hurd-Wood reunite for new film

Jeremy Sumpter and Rachel Hurd-Wood, the actors who played Peter Pan and Wendy Darling respectively in the 2003 film, are reuniting for a new romantic comedy titled "Strawberry Roan."

This upcoming project will also mark Jeremy Sumpter's directorial debut.

Sumpter expressed his excitement about directing and reuniting with Hurd-Wood, highlighting the special bond they formed during "Peter Pan" and describing the reunion as a "homecoming."

The film "Strawberry Roan" is based on a true event and follows a young couple who invest their savings to pursue a dream of starting a horse sanctuary in Mexico.

Hurd-Wood will portray a dedicated horse enthusiast, while Sumpter will play a stock market trader who has experienced failure.
