BRP Melchora Aquino deployed after Chinese vessel passed near Lubang Island
A China Coast Guard vessel, CCG 5303, was observed conducting an intrusive patrol approximately 60 nautical miles west of Lubang Island in Mindoro on Sunday afternoon.
