Marcos Jr. vows to continue accessible housing efforts

The National Housing Expo in Pasay City showcased services like home design, planning, financial aid, and loan processing.

The administration's 4PH Program aims to address the housing backlog, with initial targets of one million houses per year lowered to 3.2 million due to various challenges.

The Pag-IBIG Fund has assisted over 57,000 members in acquiring or improving their homes this year, releasing nearly P75 billion in loans to about three million borrowers.

Low-income earners and Overseas Filipino Workers can access housing loans through the Pag-IBIG Fund with interest rates as low as three percent annually.
