Marcos Jr. asks FFCCCII to prioritize MSMEs for inclusive growth

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. urged the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FFCCCII) to prioritize micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) for the country's inclusive growth.

Speaking at the FFCCCII's oath-taking ceremony, Marcos emphasized that empowering SMEs would uplift the entire economy and nation.

He challenged the newly elected FFCCCII officials to lead their industries with clear vision, focusing on innovative, globally competitive, and sustainable strategies.

The President also acknowledged the FFCCCII's long-standing dedication to national progress since 1954, recognizing their role in fostering unity and collective action.

Marcos highlighted the group's support for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) as a gateway to deeper regional integration and investment inflows.

He also noted the group's civic programs, such as building over 6,300 classrooms and conducting medical missions, as a fusion of economic influence and social commitment.
