PBBM smiles, walks away when asked about VP Sara's 'road to hell' comment

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. smiled and walked away when asked about Vice President Sara Duterte's accusation that he does not know how to be president.

Duterte had previously criticized Marcos, her 2022 running mate, stating that the Philippines was on the "road to hell" as Marcos does not know how to do his job.

She also claimed to have a list of impeachable offenses that could remove Marcos from office, though she did not disclose them.

Duterte had also humorously threatened to disinter the remains of their late father, President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., and cast them into the West Philippine Sea if the attacks against her continued.

She described her relationship with the President as "toxic" and imagined cutting off his head.

Malacañang has remained silent on Duterte's tirades, with the Office of the President stating it had "no statement" when the Vice President made various criticisms.

Senior Deputy Majority Leader and Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Sandro Marcos reacted, stating that the Vice President "crossed the line" and her behavior was a "bizarre temper tantrum."
