Presidential choppers bring relief goods to Kristine-hit Bicol

Leaves for uniformed service personnel have been canceled, except for medical or humanitarian reasons, to ensure uninterrupted aid.
The Department of Health will send teams to augment medical manpower in the region.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development has released over 277,000 family food packs nationwide.
