Marcos grants P20K service recognition incentive to gov't employees
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has approved the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for government employees for 2025, amounting to up to P20,000.
The one-time incentive aims to recognize the hard work and loyalty of civilian employees across national government agencies, state universities, and GOCCs.
Military and uniformed personnel from various agencies, including the AFP, PNP, BFP, BJMP, BuCor, PCG, and NAMRIA, are also eligible for the SRI.
The payment for the SRI is scheduled to be disbursed starting December 15.
Administrative Order No. 40 acknowledges the significant contributions of government employees to achieving national development goals and the President's socioeconomic agenda.
