PBBM meets labor leaders, reaffirms commitment to workers' rights

He emphasized the government's dedication to fostering open dialogue for dignified work, fair wages, and a brighter future for Filipino families.

TUCP Party-list Representative Raymond Democrito Mendoza thanked the President for listening to the voice of labor.

Mendoza highlighted the necessity of strengthening workers' right to form unions, citing constitutional rights, international labor standards, and economic benefits.

The TUCP is advocating for the passage of the Union Formation Act, the Assumption of Jurisdiction Act, and the Workers' Right to Strike Act to improve labor protections and address perceived harsh penalties.
