According to the Cebu PDRRMO, as of Thursday morning, the fatalities included 30 in Bogo City, 22 in San Remigio, 12 in Medellin, five in Tabogon, and one each in Tabuelan, Borbon, and Sogod.
Nearly 300 people were reported injured, with many remaining hospitalized.
The NDRRMC had previously reported 72 deaths, affecting 47,221 families and displacing 20,000 persons, with Cebu province placed under a state of calamity.
President Marcos assured survivors of government support and directed agencies to mobilize assistance.
