Mika Salamanca, Will Ashley help TS Crising victims

Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition alumni Mika Salamanca and Will Ashley have joined efforts to help victims of Tropical Storm Crising and the southwest monsoon.

The celebrities volunteered with the non-governmental organization Angat Buhay, founded by former Vice President Leni Robredo, in Marikina and Quezon City.

They assisted in preparing hot meals for those impacted by the recent weather disturbances.

Salamanca emphasized that even giving one's time through volunteering is a significant way to help those affected by calamities.

She also launched a separate donation drive for those affected by the heavy rains and flooding.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reported that over 3.2 million people have been affected by the weather disturbances as of Wednesday night.
