Pasig requests flood control project documents via FOI

Pasig City is requesting access to documents related to flood control projects within its jurisdiction through a freedom of information request, according to Mayor Vico Sotto.

Mayor Sotto stated that while the 'Sumbong sa Pangulo' website provides a list of DPWH flood control projects in Pasig, more detailed information is necessary for proper scrutiny.

The city aims to ensure accountability by thoroughly reviewing the completeness and quality of these projects.

Specifically, Pasig City needs access to the program of works and the Bill of Quantities for each project to understand the exact details of materials, dimensions, and measurements.

Additional documents like the Detailed Unit Price Analysis and bidding documents are also being considered for review.
