Parañaque City to continue paying full salaries during ECQ

Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez assured all city hall employees, including permanent, co-terminous, contractual, casual, and job order personnel, that they will continue to receive their full salaries despite the enhanced community quarantine.

The city government will also release the mid-year bonus, also known as the 13th-month pay, along with clothing allowances.

City health workers, barangay health workers, and frontliners working for Task Force COVID-19 will continue to receive their hazard pay and allowances.

The city government is also establishing guidelines for providing transportation to frontliners, health workers, and essential workers.

An amnesty has been granted for real property taxes for city residents and business establishments, with the deadline extended to July 20.

The deadline for applications for health certificates has also been extended to June 30.

Mayor Olivarez and Task Force COVID-19 will conduct house-to-house visits to distribute essential goods to vulnerable sectors.
