The third patient was admitted to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center (OLMCMC) on March 9 and died on March 11, with test results confirmed on the night of March 13.

Provincial health authorities are monitoring close contacts of these patients and actively tracing others who may have come into contact with them.

In response to the confirmed cases, all classes in Pampanga have been suspended starting March 16.
