PAL to transfer turboprop flights to Clark and Cebu

Philippine Airlines (PAL) will begin transferring its turboprop aircraft with domestic routes from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Clark and Mactan-Cebu international airports starting October 26, 2025, in compliance with a government mandate.

The Clark-Basco route will replace the Manila-Basco service, with flights increasing to twice daily.

Flights between Clark and Busuanga will also increase to twice daily, while Clark-Siargao flights will remain daily.

From Cebu, flights to Busuanga and Siargao will be increased to three times daily.

PAL will also launch a new route from Cebu to Calbayog, operating four times weekly, replacing the Manila-Calbayog route.

Turboprop flights from Manila to Siargao and Busuanga (Coron) will continue with reduced frequency, served by daily flights.

The flag carrier will maintain its current three-weekly flights between Manila and San Jose in Antique, as well as its four-weekly flights between Manila and Catarman.
