PAGASA forecasts rain in over a dozen areas for All Saints' Day, All Souls' Day

PAGASA forecasts rainy weather conditions in more than a dozen areas across the country during the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.

A low-pressure area (LPA) is expected to form off the eastern coast of Visayas along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), bringing rain to many parts of the country over the weekend.

On All Saints' Day, the LPA and ITCZ are expected to cause cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms in Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, Aurora, and the Zamboanga Peninsula.

Cagayan Valley may experience cloudy skies with rain, while the Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) might have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the country is expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with localized rain showers or thunderstorms.

On All Souls' Day, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are anticipated to persist over MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, the Bicol Region, and Western Visayas due to the LPA and ITCZ.
