Coast Guard, Air Force bring thousands of food packs to 'Pepito'-hit Catanduanes
The Philippine Air Force (PAF) deployed two C-130 aircraft to deliver 1,000 family food packs from Pasay City to Catanduanes following Super Typhoon Pepito.
Another PAF C-130 transported 200 water containers, 150 boxes of hygiene kits, and 250 pails of hygiene supplies from Cebu.
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) delivered 3,000 family food packs via BRP Suluan from Manila to Catanduanes on November 22.
BRP Teresa Magbanua is also in Virac, Catanduanes, carrying 12,000 family food packs.
Commodore Ivan Roldan of Coast Guard District Bicol emphasized the importance of collaboration in providing aid to affected families.
